Marché du Film receives Brazilian films
The market screening of Brazilian films has started yesterday with “We’re Together”, by Toni Venturi. The exhibition was a big success and the film received a very well reception of sales agent, distributors and another players at the Marché du Film. “Also Known As” was selected for the Quinzaine des Réalisateurs and is a minority co- production of Academia de Filmes, company associated at Cinema do Brasil. The company Bananeira Filmes is a minority co-producer of “La Playa D.C.”, which has exhibitions on May 23 and May 24 in a Un Certain Regard section. In the selection of the Samaine de la Critique for short films is “Doppelganger”. The film was directed by Juliana Rojas and produced by Itinerante Filmes.
